Guidelines

Please, remember that manuscripts for the poster session should be two pages length in the IEEE two columns format, and must be submited before July 20th. All accepted manuscripts must be accompained by a full paid registration to appear in the proceedings.

The maximum size for posters should not exceed 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height) which can accommodate the standard size DIN/ISO A0: 84.1 cm (width) x 118.9 cm (height); the orientation is portrait. Contents of posters should focus on the introduction, methods, results and discussion, and conclusions. Make certain your message is clear and simple. This will help people to rapidly get a general overview of what you are presenting. The title, author name(s) and affiliation must be at the top of the poster. It is recommended (but not mandatory) to print some small copies of the poster (in DIN A4) for giving it to the interested audience. Notice that all lettering must be easily read from a distance of about 1.5 meters so types should be a minimum of 1.0 to 1.5 cm high.
