Registration

Registration fees
There are several modalities of registration fees for HIS 2008. All the registration fees include the participation to all sessions, a copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks during all days of the conference, lunches, a reception cocktail and a social dinner.
The participants' registration fees are described in the following table:

Please note, that for every paper there must be exactly one registration. In particular, the additional paper fee must be paid (and indicated so in the registration form) only when there is no co-author registered for that additional paper.
If the registration and payment is not received at the registration deadline, publication of the paper will unfortunately not be feasible. Cancellation is only possible for authors without a paper until August 15, 2008.
Two additional pages are allowed for regular papers. IEEE CS author kit stipulates that each additional page can be purchased at 100$. However, you should pay us the corresponding amount in Euros.
Extra tickets for the social dinner can be asked on site and will be payed in cash. The fee will be about 60 Eur.
Discounts
Members of ENNS (European Neural Network Society), IFSA (International Fuzzy Systems Association) and EUSFLAT (European Society for Fuzzy Logic and Technology) have a 10% discount. You should send a scanned file of your membership certificate to

Invitation letter
If a formal invitation letter is required, please send the following information to :
- Complete name, including title.
- Address, where the letter should be sent to (possibly include a fax number).
- Nationality of applicant.
- Passport number and date and place of issue of the passport.
- Title of the paper, its authors and the paper ID.
We will send you and advance fax and mail you the inviation letter.
Forms of Payment
Registration payment must be by bank transfer, except for the on-site registration, which has to be payed in cash.

Please, in case of student registration, do not forget to bring to the conference an official justification of your student condition (signed by your University).
